According to the Sun, Pete Doherty is scheduled to be released from jail on Tuesday after just 29 days of his 14 weeks jail term… and despite the fact that he has been taking drugs in jail.

And what will the singer/junkie do when he gets out? Well, according to one of Pete’s friends, Doherty is planning to first play a gig and then get smashed!

We guess a few days behind bars didn’t change this guy much…
