Pete Burns and his civil partner Michael Simpson have reportedly been arrested following what is being termed ” a violent bust-up in London’s Soho”.
They were reportedly embroiled in a violent argument in the wee hours of this morning and both were restrained by police.
The former Dead Or Alive singer, 49, and Simpson, were spotted being driven away in the back of a police van.
Burns was also arrested a little more than three years ago after an alleged assault at his Notting Hill home.
The spokesmen for the star have no released a statement as of yet,.
