Patricia Arquette files for divorce

“Medium” star Patricia Arquette and actor Thomas Jane have decided to go their separate ways.

According to Usmagazine.com, Arquette filed the divorce papers yesterday, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.

Arquette and Jane got married in Venice, Italy, only two in 2006.

The ex-couple has a five-year-old daughter together.
