Levi Johnston claims that is he baffled by the ex’s child support petition because he already offered it.
According to TMZ, Johnston’s attorney Rex Butler said his client has asked Palin on several occasions to visit his house to pick up money for Tripp’s support.
He also says that Johnston told her “it would be nice” if she brought Tripp along when she picked up the maintenance, as he wants to spend more time with his son.
Butler further confirmed that the 19-year-old was prepared to hand over around $3,000 .
Bristol has asked for $1,750 a month in child support from Johnston and claimed that he’s only paid $4,400 since Tripp was born. However, Johnston’s manager countered that the model for Playgirl(NO WAY?) has received more than $10,000.
As for why Johnston didn’t mail Bristol the support, Butler added: “Why should he have to do that? He’s not dangerous to her.” The speculation is rampant that the prissy Palin is attempting to deny Levi visits and this is his way of assuring that he see’s his child.
Sounds like the duo need to get their act together at least for the sake of the little guy. We’re gonna hold off on voting them as parents of the year.
