Apparently things are progressing rapidly for the marital woes of Chris Kattan.
Just two days after telling us that the honeymoon as over, Kattan has filed for legal separation from his wife of about 8 weeks, Sunshine Tutt, and has cited the ever popular irreconcilable differences for the reason the marriage went to hell in a handbasket in two months or less.
The papers were filed in LA Superior court Thursday.

The paperwork, which gives August tenth as the official date of their separation, also says that they had signed a prenup prior to the wedding. (Check Out the Paperwork.)

Tutt’s lawyer, in the meantime stated..”We are in the process of resolving the matter amicably,”

When Samantha Ronson, aka SamRo, showed up for her DJ gig, Vinyl Vixen, at the W Hotel , she got more than she originally intended to get, if sources are correct.

A girl who was posing as a fan said she had something for her when she arrived at Whiskey Blue.
According to sources she handed her an envelop and told her that she had been served.

So.. does anyone know what she’s done?

LiLo was no where to be found, but apparently did appear later to give her a comforting hug and some commiseration over the event.
Rumor has it that the serving stems from her lawsuit against blogger Perez Hilton.

Actor and strange baby namer, Jason Lee and his live in Ceren Alkac say hello to their first child together.
US Weekly reports that the little girl was born August 10th.

The duo haven’t given anyone a name yet, but we’ve got high hopes that Lee, who told us all in May that they were expecting a little girl, will find a name more suitable than the one he picked for his son, who is now almost five years old. (Pilot Inspektor, from another relationship)

The opening track, ‘He’s Simple, He’s Dumb, He’s the Pilot,’ absolutely blew my mind when I first heard it,” Lee explained when asked about the little boys name by Entertainment Weekly back in 2003.

He also said that it was mom Beth Riesgraf who originally coined the name, so here’s hoping that new mom has a bit more sense.

The star of “My Name is Earl” in the meantime,  is closed mouthed about whether he was actually seen waiting line for a marriage license. Stay tuned for details.

The rapper known as Da Brat has just been given a fairly serious spanking from an Atlanta judge, who sentenced her to three years in prison for an assault where she reportedly beat a woman with a rum bottle at a Halloween party.

It appears that not all violent celebs slide with the actions.
In DeKalb County Superior Court yesterday the rapper known as Da Brat, officially Shawntae Harris, was given the sentence by Judge Gail Flake, who also passed along seven years’ probation and 200 hours of community service for the Halloween assault that took place at Studio 72 nightclub in Tucker, Ga., a suburb of Atlanta.

Da Brat, who reportedly slammed a nearly full rum bottle into the head of an Atlanta Falcons cheerleader who was serving as a hostess at the party, saw her victim fall down the stairs nd suffer a serious facial cut that left permanent facial scarring after bamming her with the bottle. In an effort to lesson her punishment Harris, pleaded guilty to felony aggravated assault , likely hoping to avoid jail time.
Apparently it didn’t work out for her.
Reportedly after hearing the sentence, the rapper and her family broke down.
They didn’t expect some kind of justice for the victim?

Da Brat, no stranger to bad behavior, also is the proud possessor of a pistol whipping incident on her rap sheet that stems from another incident

Harris, who lives part time in Atlanta and  part time in Chicago, was the first female rapper to sell a million copies of an album, for  “Funkdafied,” She has toured as well as recorded with Mariah Carey; has been  nominated for a Grammy for “Not Tonight,” a collaboration with Missy Elliott, Lil’ Kim, the late Lisa “Left-Eye” Lopes and Angie Martinez; and has also been seen on numerous  reality TV shows “The Surreal Life” and “The Celebrity Fit Club” to name two.

Apparently the only thing she has not done, is anger management classes…

Larry Mendte  admits that he accessed a few things on his own time that cost him his job and perhaps even his freedom.

Both of them got fired. She because of information that he leaked about her personal business, and he, because it was alleged that he accessed her email illegally.

Apparently those allegations are true.
Larry Mendte a former co-host of Access Hollywood, the celebrity tell all,  today admitted that he illegally viewed hundreds of Alycia Lane’s e-mails for nearly two years, during the time when information that was leaked regarding her personal life led to her being fired.

Lane was arrested in December for a scuffle with NY police and details of that case as well as other personal information were leaked to a reporter from the Philadelphia Daily News.
The station fired Lane saying it was necessary because she had become the target of several different news stories. She is currently suing the station that fired her.

Mendte, who is married to another anchor woman, Dawn Stensland, was previously a co-host for “Access Hollywood” and has also worked at stations in Chicago, as well as California and New York.

Apparently not just the “Big” celebrities make the bad choices.

It is believed that his illegal access and leakage was done out of professional jealousy.

After several months of media speculation about the state of affairs in their marriage and with their brood, Jennifer Garner confirmed that she is indeed expecting another child with her husband, Ben Affleck.

In an interview she did for Access Hollywood,  she officially gave the positive nod to Tony Pott’s, telling him that they were  expecting again and adding “We’re so excited, obviously.”

The couples first child, a daughter named Violet was born in late 2005.

Jennifer’s confirmation of her pregnancy this week can finally lay to rest all the media speculation and questions  that she admits gave her a good laugh.
