The reality TV show “Keeping up with the Kardashians” is all set to hit our screens again and commence its ninth season, but one family member wishes the cameras would just disappear so no one knew who she was so she could just focus on being a Mum!
The family member in question is Kourtney Kardashian, and she features in the latest edition of the UK’s Now Magazine. She was asked about how fame effected her when she was younger to which she replied, “I wasn’t like: ‘Oh we’re doing this show, I’m going to be famous’. I never really thought about fame as a kid and even when we were talking about doing the show, I didn’t really think about it.”
Despite the show and the attention it brings Kourtney revealed that she was brought up to realise the importance of being a family. She said, “We were all raised knowing that the most important thing is family.”
She did however go on to say that she wishes the cameras weren’t always filming as she said, “Sometimes I wish we weren’t filming. I love being a mum and sometimes I just wish no one knew who I was.”
A strange thing to say from someone who actually gave birth to her two children live on TV. As the old saying goes “You can’t have your cake and eat it” can you Kourtney!
