It’s the moment teenage girls across the land have been waiting for, and some older girls for that matter, the One Direction stadium tour. Such is the boys popularity these days they have employed the services of extra bodyguards to protect them during their upcoming tour, but they have not got an extra two or three they have enlisted the services of 100!
Ever since the ‘pants incident’ in Australia last year the boys have become more and more concerned about their safety. An insider revealed all to the Daily Star Newspaper about the extra security as they said, “It’s mainly Niall and Liam who are starting to get really obsessive about security. Liam’s fears grew after two fans stole his pants in Australia last year. Niall is getting more and more sensitive because of his panic attacks. It’s an insane amount of security for one band, but considering the way crowds form around them, it’s necessary.”
The cost of hiring 100 extra bodyguards will obviously cost the band a lot of extra money, but considering they are performing to sell-out crowds each time they take to the stage and are reported to be worth around $60million they could probably afford 1,000 bodyguards each!
