According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Lindsay Lohan has offered the Barack-Biden campaign to host a series of events appealing to younger voters, but was turned away by due to her wild past.

The fact that the Obama camp said “Thanks, but no thanks” to Lindsay has made her father, Michael Lohan, very upset.

“For Barack Obama to condemn my daughter for past indiscretions when he admitted to the exact same himself is indicative of what kind of president he would be,” Michael Lohan told Pop Tarts Wednesday, Fox News reports.

Could it be that Obama simply doesn’t want to be associated with a girl who just last year pleaded guilty to cocaine use and driving under the influence? Just asking…
