Nothing to Sink His Teeth Into

Mark Hoppus, former Blink 182 starFormer singer and bass guitarist for Blink 182, Mark Hoppus has filed his own lawsuit this week,  E reports, after a deal he had hoped to make having to do with burgers didn’t give him any real meat in return.

He claims that a business team consisting of father and son took about 1.5 million and used it for their own personal gain.

Yesterday in San Diego Superior Court, Hoppus claimed that he and his fellow band members Tom Delonge and Travis Barker, had given the big bucks to Ed and Jeff Mitchell to enter into a business deal with them that would put auto checkout machines at McDonalds.

Hoppus says that his wife, Skye and he put in about 600,000 dollars into a company called Missicom LLC, which was father/son owned in 2003, and that the dastardly duo also went on to take about 3 and a half million from others, including the band members as well as famous golfer Phil Mickelson, then used it to line their own bank accounts.

To make matters worse, Hoppus also had to sue his past business manager, Louis Tommasino, who neglected to mention when he helped to procure the funds that aside from managing Hoppus’ money, he also just happened to be one of the main members of Missicom LLC.
