As most of you probably already know, Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz named their newborn boy Bronx Mowgli last week.

To get to the bottom of the question whether or not Bronx is really a good name for a baby, the upper borough’s News 12 has conducted an online survey about the name, the New York Post’s Page Six reports.

And here is the result of that survery:

Only 20 percent approved of Bronx as a boy’s name, while 58 percent said it was a better name for a place.

By the way, the rumor has it that Ashlee and Pete will get about 2 million dollars for the first photos of their baby!
