One of the big mysteries on FOX’s “Fringe”is going to be the identity of THE William Bell, the genius founder of Massive Dynamic.
The casting of the role has to make you smile and Fringe couldn’t have done it any better. Fringe Tv.com reports that the legendary Trekkie, Leonard Nimoy will play Bell. Nimoy will make his first showing as Bell in the season finale, slated to show on May 12.
Nimoy has also worked with “Fringe” creators J.J. Abrams, Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman on the soon to be delivered revamp of “Star Trek,”as well
According to those in the know, Bell will have a single scene in the finale, but will show up again for three more episodes, which is of course always assuming that FOX takes up another”Fringe” season.
