Nicole Richie has told E! News that a TV show based on her novel “The Truth About Diamonds” is in the works.
Richie says that she would like to produce and be in the show, but she doesn’t think that she needs to be the star.
“The Truth About Diamonds” is all about the real world of young “Hollywood royalty”. The names have been changed but the stories are true, and the young, rich and famous characters in the book are real people with more drama in their lives than the characters they portray on the big screen or on TV.
