Neesons Movie Tops US Boxoffice

Taken has topped the US box office on its first weekend on release. The Fox action thriller, is all about an ex spy who travels to France to rescue his kidnapped daughter, and it quite effectively ended the reign of Paul Blart: Mall Cop’s.
Mall Cop slides down to number two, while last week’s runner-up, Underworld: Rise Of The Lycans, dropped five places and 65% in ticket sales.

Probably the best action movie I’ve seen in years. Liam kicks ass in this one!
