NBC’s Tim Russert died of a heart attack

It has now been confirmed that Tim Russert (most famous for appearing for over 16 years on NBC’s “Meet the Press”) died of a heart attack.
The 58-year old Russert collapsed in NBC’s Washington, D.C. studios on Friday, June 13, while taping voiceovers for “Meet the Press”. He was pronounced dead a short time later at Sibley Memorial Hospital.
