Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle shocked everyone with the news she was expecting her first baby back in August, but at the time she didn’t say who the father was, leaving everyone guessing to whom it may be. Well the secret is out of the bag and it will come as no surprise to learn that Nadine’s former fiancé Jason Bell is the father of her unborn child.
Speaking over the weekend Nadine confirmed that her and Jason were back together as she said, “When I said I was pregnant I thought, ‘Why is everyone wondering who it is?’ Then I remembered, ‘Oh yes, that’s right. I do stuff on TV and people are confused.’ So this clears it up! I think we just forgot to tell everyone we were together.”
Nadine is still coming to terms with the fact she is pregnant, as she always maintained she would not be the first member of Girls Aloud to be a mother. She said, “A couple of the other girls had wanted babies for a long time, but I said no way. It was definitely a shock, but I was really, really happy.”
The news today that Jason Bell is the father will have come as little surprise to anyone, but until you actually know for sure you can never be certain can you!
