Lindsay is being sued by the L.A. boutique, Church, to the tune of $17,060.83. According to Church, she bamboozled the store for thousands of dollars of merchandise, promising the store that her manager would be in to pay for it. Well, it looks like her people only paid about $180, hardly a drop in a bucket for a $17,060.38 bill.
The boutique claims that they believed Lohan was good for the money because she was a movie actress and thus, received a substantial income. I guess they don’t keep up with the gossip magazines. If they had, they would have known what we assume, that Lohan is broke. It’s been a while since she worked in a major film. Church is looking to receive the money owed to them in addition to punitive damages and interest.
