The father of Madonna’s adopted Malawian son may challenge the Malawi government’s decision to grant the singer permanent custody of his son, according to The Daily Mail.

The boy’s real father, Yohane Banda, says he has been left in the dark by government officials, who had promised him that he would get to see his son every three to four years. According to The Daily Mail, Banda says that he supports the adoption, but that he is prepared to challenge the decision if he will not get “access” to his son.
