Miss USA 2008, Crystle Stewart, fell on stage during the Miss Universe 2008 pageant in Vietnam.
This is the second year in a row Miss USA trips on stage. Last year Miss USA 2007, Rachel Smith, was also unfortunate to fall down on stage.
Miss Venezuela, Dayana Mendoza, was crowned Miss Universe 2008.
