This Miss knew when to keep her mouth shut and apparently knows which side her bread it buttered on. When asked about gay marriage, she said… absolutely nothing… but did comment that it was a bit silly to ask a beauty queens opinion on it.
She had only been the new Miss Cali for a few hours — but Tami Farrell decided not to do what Carrie did before her she put the whole gay marriage issue behind her.
While many think its a negative thing to refuse to take some kind of stand on the issue, Farrell commented “It’s silly … that the world is looking to beauty queens for the answer.”
Wow.. and they say beauty queens can’t be taught.
For the record. the entire world says it had nothing to do with Carrie Prejeans stand on Gay marriage… the whole firing thing… but we’re betting otherwise. Republican hard liners aside, nothing is more vindictive than a Democrat who doesn’t hear what they want to hear.
