Mischa Barton to plead no contest to DUI charge

Former O.C. star Mischa Barton, 22, will accept a plea deal in her DUI case, to avoid jail, according to Hollywood.com.
It was in February that Mischa Barton was charged with possession of marijuana, driving without a license and DUI. According to People, she will plead no contest to the DUI charge and will, instead of jail, get three years probation. The actress will probably also get a hefty fine.
