Mischa Barton skipped her own movie premiere in Cannes

Mischa Barton22-year-old actress and party-girl Mischa Barton did not go to the premiere of her own movie, “You and I” at The Cannes Film Festival, according to the Daily Mail.

Some say that Mischa pulled out of the promotional work because she was going home, while others say that she just thinks the movie is sooooooo bad that she doesn’t want to be a part of the project.

When asked why she didn’t attend the premiere of her own movie, the former O.C. star said: “I was never due to go.”

Hmmm, we wonder why Mischa B. went to Cannes in the first place… Maybe it was all the free booze that attracted her to the French Riviera???
