22-year-old Mischa Barton, former star of the hit TV-show “The O.C.”, is facing four misdemeanors related to a DUI arrest last year. The TV-celeb was arrested on
- Fox News reports that the star has been charged with:
- – driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- – driving while having a 0.08 percent or higher blood alcohol level,
- – driving without a valid license and…
– possession of marijuana 28.5 grams or less.
We just hope that it will all end better for Barton than it did for
