22-year-old Mischa Barton, former star of the hit TV-show “The O.C.”, is facing four misdemeanors related to a DUI arrest last year. The TV-celeb was arrested on December 27 after “zigzagging” down the street in West Hollywood. And yes, the photo to your left is her mug shot!

• Fox News reports that the star has been charged with:
• - driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
• - driving while having a 0.08 percent or higher blood alcohol level,
• - driving without a valid license and…
  - possession of marijuana 28.5 grams or less.

We just hope that it will all end better for Barton than it did for Paris…  And we pray that she will not end up like Britney!!!
