McCready allegedly falsified information on her community service report, but turned herself in later…
This was not the first time the country singer got arrested. Here is a list of some of her pervious “troubles with the law”:

May 2005: McCready was arrested for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.
July 2005: McCready was charged with identity theft, unlawful imprisonment and unlawful use of transportation – among other things!
August 2005: An arrest warrant was issued for McCready for violation of her probation. She was later arrested.
July 2007: McCready was arrested and charged with battery and resisting arrest for an apparent fight with her mother.
September 2007: McCready was sentenced to one year in jail for violating probation. She also got two more years of probation and had to perform 200 more hours of community service.
