Olympic champion Michael Phelps started training again Tuesday – it was his first “appearance” since a photo of him smoking pot surfaced a couple of days ago, Usmagazine.com reports.
An apparently angry South Carolina law enforcement official has reportedly said that he would like to charge the 14-times Olympic gold medal winner, if he could prove that Phelps smoked pot in his county.
This is not the first time Phelps has faced controversy… About five years ago he was sentenced to 18 months probation for drunk driving.
