Michael Jackson plans 2009 World Tour
The British tabloid The Sun reports that Michael Jackson has told fans that he plans a comeback tour.
The King of Pop is reportedly currently recording songs for a new album in Las Vegas and is planning a 30-date tour in 30 cities around the world next year.
According to the tabloid, Jackson wants to do the tour for his three kids, who were not even born when he did his last tour in 1996.
His most recent album, “Invincible”, was released seven years ago.

Wow,very cool, considering his age this is most likely his last ever tour so no doubt he will pull out all the stops, my only concern is that given the fact he hasnt toured in so many years he may be a little rusty or even worse decide not to do it at all. It would be cool for a lot of people who worship artists like Usher,Justin,Chris Brown and Neyo to finally undertand where they get there ideas and influence from!! So Michael please do it just one last time, we have all missed you and cannot wait until the album is released and for this tour to kick off. Peace.x

Michael Jackson is and always will be the greatest entertainer that has ever lived.
His new album is highly anticipated, and the idea of him doing a world tour is very exciting. Myself, along with millions of other die-hard MJ fans will no doubtedly support these endeavours and make sure they are highly successful. I truly do believe he is capable of producing a “Thriller for today” and hope for the sake of his legacy he does. So many artists have become successful do to his inspiration, and he deserves the proper credit and respect for that.
I just hope that this new album is not his last. I know he is in his 50s now and getting older will reduce the likelihood of his producing new material. This may be the last world tour he takes.
But for the hardcore fans who live their lives with MJ and his music, this being the last album would be really hard to deal with.

Michael will bring the crowd again! He will make a heavy traffic. Hope he’ll perform here in Manila, Philippines. I’m gonna work overtime to afford the ticket. I’m sick & tired of watching him only in youtube. I wanna see him performing live and watch him doing robot moves singing Stranger in Moscow! I hope soon he’ll reveal those 30 cities. And if not one of those, just create another album for us!

I think Michael is a musical genius and I understand why he hasnt toured all these years, he wanted to be there for his children, Now they are older they should see what their dad does…and does well. Michael please come to Rhode Island, we reallly miss you
