Michael Jackson claims he is too sick to testify in London

Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson is being sued by his former friend Prince Abdullah of Bahrain.

The second son of the King of Bahrain, Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa, is demanding the repayment of several advances which the King of Pop argues were gifts, the Press Association reports.

According to the prince’s lawyer, the prince wants Jackson to return $7 million he claims he advanced him in exchange for two albums, a musical, and an autobiography.

The case is being tried in London’s High Court right now, but Jackson won’t go to London to testify in the trail. According to Jackson’s attorney, the singer is too ill to travel – a fact both the prince and his attorney seem to doubt.

“It’s not the first time a sick note has been presented by Mr Jackson,” the prince’s attorney is quoted as saying by The Sidney Morning Herald.
