Megan Fox was voted the sexiest woman in the world for 2008 by FHM Online.

The 21-year-old Transformers star beat last year’s #1 Jessica Alba, who this year had to settle for the second sexiest woman in the world.

Britney Spears barely made the list and came in at #100.
