Police Nabs Man Attempting To Break Into Miley Cyrus’ L.A. HomeA man was alleged with attempting to break into Miley Cryus’ home in Los Angeles. The man was caught by the police still clutching a pair of scissors as he was attempting to get himself inside the home, despite being told to leave the residence by Cyrus’ employees.

Los Angeles police received a call around 4 a.m. on Saturday from employees inside the house reporting a suspicious man trying to enter into the residence. The call was made after the man came to the door and claimed that he was a friend of the singer-actress. He said that he has been friends with Cyrus for five years.

The police responded and tasered Jason Luis Rivera when they saw him jump behind the bushes just outside Cyrus’ Studio City home. Before the police arrived, Rivera was reported to refuse requests by employees to leave the residence. He was even reported to have lit candles outside the residence.

LA police Lt. Brian Wendling said to the press that Rivera had repeatedly thrown himself against the outside wall in an attempt to break into the house while still clutching the pair of scissors. Wendling says Rivera has not been filed with charges as of Saturday.

Cyrus was not home at the time of the incident.

The singer-actress, who’s engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth, has been recently sporting a new ‘do that completely shocked her fans. She took a picture of herself with a platinum-blond pixie cut and long bangs and posted the picture on Twitter adding the text, “Never felt more me in my whole life”.
