Luke Perry will not join “90210″ spinoff cast

Actor Luke Perry, who played the sexy rebel Dylan McKay on “Beverly Hills 90210,” will not join the new “90210” spinoff cast.

But he wishes his former co-stars Jennie Garth (Kelly) and Tori Spelling (Donna) the best of luck!
