A woman by the name of Chelsea Stone filed a lawsuit against ABC and “Lost” actor Henry Ian Cusick (who plays Desmond on the hit television show) Friday, the Associated Press reports. It is not clear yet how much money she is seeking.
The woman, who once worked for ABC, claims that the actor touched her backside and breasts and kissed her on the lips in October 2007. When she informed her boss about the incident, she was simply told to avoid Cusick. Shortly after the incident, Stone was fired.
Chelsea Stone had reportedly worked for ABC since 1997.
