Up until now, Lindsay Lohan has refused to answer questions about her use of cocaine the night she hijacked a car and went on a wild goose chase down Pacific Coast Highway, trailing another car. The judge in the case ordered her to testify under oath about her drug use.
The next court hearing will take place on July 6, 2010. This is when the judge will determine whether or not her actions violated her probation. She has already pled guilty for being under the influence of a controlled substance but wouldn’t admit to what that substance was during the deposition. Looks like she’ll have to now.
