After just learning that Lindsay was to visit her sick grandfather this weekend, TMZ now reports that her grandmother Marilyn Lohan was involved in a car crash just a few hours ago.
Apparently Marilyn lost control of her vehicle and smashed into a tree. Luckily, she wasn’t injured badly as she was soon released from the trauma unit at Nassau University Medical Center, New York.
