Party girl Lindsay Lohan has settled a lawsuit with busboy Raymundo Ortega over a car crash that happened in 2005.

Even though the California Highway Patrol came to the conclusion that Ortega actually caused the collision with the star by making an illegal U-turn, he sued her.

Ortega argued that Lindsay was fleeing paparazzi and that she was driving under the influence (this has not been proved). He was seeking about $200,000 in damages.

How much the busboy eventually got has not yet been disclosed.
