One of the county Sheriffs in L.A. – Lee Baca – may have lead the judge into thinking that Lindsay Lohan will be actually serving whatever sentence it is that she is imposing upon her. The reasoning behind this is due to the fact that he made a public announcement saying that there was more than enough room in the jail for Lindsay Lohan. However, the jails are so crowded that Lindsay Lohan will probably be in and out within an hour.
So, looks like Lindsay did achieve her goal of getting two weeks in jail because the way things are looking right now she probably won’t even have to spend a day in jail. But, will this be the end of her jail encounters? The media obviously doesn’t think so due to the fact that the judge has given Lindsay Lohan and even stricter probation sentence to follow to make sure that she is finished by March. Also, Lindsay will have to do all of her community service at the morgue while going to psychotherapy classes.
It may seem like the sentence she was served this time was a joke. However, if she violates and gets those 270 days during a time when the jail isn’t overcrowded it won’t be pleasant for her at all.
