Klum Takes Seals Last Name

Heidi Klum, after several years of marriage has officially decided to use Seals last name.
Heidi Klum requested the name change in Los Angeles reports People.
A commissioner in Los Angeles approved the legal name change to Samuel on Friday.
The couple got married more than four years ago. Klum gave birth to their fourth child in October.
It is unknown if Klum now intends to be known professionally as Heidi Samuel.
