Kirsten Dunst has been granted a restraining order against a 25-year-old man by the name of Christopher Smith, who she says has been trespassing at her home, the Associated Press reports.
It was yesterday that a Los Angeles judge granted the actress’ request to order Smith to stay away from her, as well as her assistant, who performed a citizen’s arrest on Smith after he had bypassed security and showed up at Dunst’s home in November.
Dunst has previously stated that she was scared of Smith. “Mr. Smith is apparently mentally ill, and, although he has never met me, believes that he has some sort of spiritual connection with me,” Dunst was quoted as saying by Entertainment Tonight in early December.
Dunst did not appear in court yesterday – and neither did Smith, who by the way never responded to the temporary restraining order the actress got against him last month.
