Two of the Kardashian sisters, Kim and Khloe, have today revealed their secrets to a trimmer figure, with one sticking to a strict diet and the other working harder at the gym.
Khloe is the non dieter, revealing to E! News that she would rather go to the gym and work that little bit harder than not eat some of her favourite foods. She said, “I don’t believe in diets. I believe in working out and hard work and consistency.”
Kim on the other hand is the complete opposite to her sister and has to watch what she eats on a regular basis. She said, “See, I believe in diets or I will eat anything, pretty much anything. When I really need to kick it up, then I’ll do low carbs, like Atkins diet. Then I think it’s just trying to stay consistent, changing the way you eat. Especially after having a baby, it’s really hard. You’re body totally changes.”
Kim was then asked what her weakness was when it comes to food, to which she replied, “Krispy Kreme donughts….don’t tempt me, I’m doing good right now lol (sic).”
A little of what you fancy every now and then won’t hurt you, and if you fancy a Krispy Kreme donught Kim you have one, just make sure it doesn’t turn into two and three!
