Jude Law to play Sherlock Holmes’ Watson?

Variety.com reports that English actor Jude Law is in negotiations to join the cast of Guy Ritchie’s movie “Sherlock Holmes”, in which Robert Downey, Jr. will play detective Holmes.
Production will begin early next month in London.
