Funny-man and TV presenter Jimmy Kimmel has announced he is expecting his third child, his first with wife Molly McNearney.
Kimmel, 46, was appearing on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ when he announced the news, with the show being shown on TV this coming Wednesday. Kimmel said, “I’m having a baby . . . wait I want to finish . . . with Ellen. No, I decided to have the first one with my wife. We got married in July and, you know, it’s interesting. It’s disgusting the way babies are made.”
Ellen congratulated Kimmel on his news as she said, “Good for you. And why is it disgusting?” to which Kimmel said, “Well, there are so many human body parts involved. Did you know there are eggs in us? That’s gross just to start with.”
It appears as though Jimmy is a little out of practice when it comes to babies, something he was quick to point out was true as he said, “I’ve really forgotten everything. It’s funny because I was just with some friends who just had a baby, I was like, ‘Oh yeah.’ And there’s new ways to do things. You hold them by the front of the neck now it seems.”
Kimmel already has a 22-year-old daughter and 20-year-old son from his previous marriage, so perhaps he could turn to both of them to be his baby sitters!
