Two-time Academy Award winner Jessica Lange fell and broke her shoulder and collarbone and dislocated her arm yesterday, TMZ.com reports.
The accident happened at her cabin in northern Minnesota. The 59-year-old actress reportedly grabbed for a railing that was not secure and fell.
The entertainment site states that Lange also suffered some cuts and received stitches at a hospital nearby.
