When next Jerry Lewis takes to the skies, he’ll be more prepared .. or maybe less prepared.
A judge in Las Vegas dismissed the charges against Jerry Lewis yesterday. The charges stemmed from his run in with the police at the McCarren International Airport, where the “Nutty Professor” tried to get on board his flight carrying a 22 caliber Beretta.
Albeit the gun was unloaded at the time, he was still arrested.
According to E!, the Judge, Karen Bennett Haron tossed out the charge of carrying a concealed weapong without a permit after everyone agreed the 80 some year old actor and comedian should not be fined or charged.
While we do question the intelligence of trying to carry a gun onto an airplane, tell me anyone how hasn’t wanted one halfway through a 12 hour flight with a boring seatmate.
