Jennifer Hudson was scheduled to begin shooting the video for her new single, “If It Isn’t Love” next week, but she has now realized that she is not yet ready to go back to work after the slayings of her mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew in Chicago on October 24, TMZ.com reports.
“The video was set up before the tragedy and she felt like she should finish what she started, but she’s realized that she’s not ready to go back to work,” Hudson’s J Records rep revealed to the Associated Press just a few days ago.
For those of you who missed it, 27-year-old William Balfour, the estranged brother-in-law of the Oscar-winning actress, has been charged with the murders. Finally!!!
