Jennifer Hudson Family Murders Update

AS reported earlier this evening, Jennifer Hudsons mother and brother are confirmed dead. Police are seeking the “husband or boyfriend ” of the sister, Julia, whose name is Balfour.

According to the police, authorities have issued an Amber Alert for 7-year-old Julian King (pictured here) and were seeking a 1994 white Chevrolet Suburban. The child was the grandson of the female victim.

The alert said the child was possibly abducted and could be accompanied by a man named William Balfour — considered armed and dangerous — who was a suspect in the double homicide investigation. Records from the Illinois Department of Corrections show Balfour, 27, who has not been charged with a crime, is on parole and spent nearly seven years in prison for attempted murder, vehicular hijacking and possessing a stolen vehicle.

According to Show Hype.com “Balfour is believed to be driving a white Chevy Suburban SUV with Illinois license plate X584859 or a teal/green Chrysler Concord four-door sedan with a left front headlight busted and hanging. The vehicle is scratched along the left side with temporary tags 332K823.

Julian is described as a black male with a medium complexion and brown eyes and black hair. He is 5 feet tall and 135 pounds.

Authorities are describing the scene as a “domestic incident that went horribly out of control.” It’s believed that Jennifer’s mom Darnell Donnerson was found in the living room, shot in the head and her brother Jason, was found in the bedroom, shot in the chest. There was no sign of forced entry.

Police are not saying how Balfour is connected to the family, however, he did live in the Darnell Donnerson home in 2007 and there are reports that he is the boyfriend or husband of Hudson’s sister, Julia. The couple are rumored to have been having domestic issues.

It’s believed Hudson was in Florida when she heard the news and is “devastated,” and was making her way back to Chicago.”

FROM TMZ.COM– “ A WBBM reporter is saying that neighbors have said a family member in the Hudson household apparently tried to steal a car a few weeks ago, an argument ensued, and he vowed revenge. A photo on Julia’s[ Jennifers sister] MySpace page posted prior to today’s events alludes to some kind of dispute with William over a car.”
