Jennifer Aniston asked for and received a restraining order against a man she accuses of stalking her.
Jason Peyton, 24 years old, was laying in wait for the actress, reportedly with duct tape and sharp object.
He had driven from another part of the country supposedly to marry Aniston.
Peyton claimed that he was Aniston’s boyfriend. He even went so far as to carve out a message to the starlet on his car. Peyton was arrested and held on a 5150 psychiatric hold.
The judge presiding over the restraining order hearing sided with Aniston and granted it to here. Peyton has to stay 100 yards or more, away from Aniston for three years.
