A man who forced his way into actor Jamie Foxx’s hotel penthouse suite in Philadelphia was arrested yesterday on suspicion of stalking, criminal threats, harassment and other charges.

TMZ.com reports that a 49-year-old man by the name of Willie Brown knocked on Foxx’s door on March 22, claiming to be Beyonce’s music producer. When Foxx opened the door, the alleged stalker tried to force his way in, but Foxx managed to shove him out and called security.

When Foxx’s security team spotted Brown close to the hotel on Tuesday, they contacted the police and the man was arrested. He is currently being held on $250,000 bail.
