Madonna got caught out at a press conference, dressed as a nun, dissing a fans gift of flowers; it turns out she hates hydrangeas! The incident happened at a press conference for her new movie “W.E.” at the Venice Film Festival after a fan approached her and presented her with a bouquet of hydrangeas.
Although Madonna smiled, accepted the flowers and thanked her fan she was then caught saying under her breath but loud enough for the microphones to pick up;
“I absolutely loathe hydrangeas. He obviously doesn’t know that.”
As she placed them under the table, the cameras also picked up her making eyes at a nearby assistant. So there we have it, if you want to get on Madonna’s good side don’t give her hydrangeas.
