The world seems to be swamped with wedding fever this week, as already we have brought you news stories regarding Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards, and Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher. Today is the turn of Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman, and according to Cowell himself a wedding could be just around the corner.
Cowell and Lauren Silverman are expecting their first child at the end of February, and Cowell has given the first major hint that a wedding could be on the cards very soon. Cowell was asked whether he had plans to marry Silverman by a reporter from the Daily Star Newspaper, to which he replied, “I wouldn’t expect Lauren to be a single mother.”
He was then asked if he would be asking One Direction to perform at his wedding to which he joked, “All my artists would have to sing. I couldn’t just choose one. It would be a long wedding.”
According to various recent reports Lauren Silverman has agreed to marry Simon in England so his 87 year old mother can be in attendance, though as yet nothing is set in stone, but it looks as though it could be a small intimate affair in Sussex near to the home of Cowell’s Mother.
