Paris Jackson is definitely not your average thirteen year old girl. She is very fond of playing football and she even happens to be the first girl at her private school to join the flag football team. However, since the Lingerie Football League has gotten wind of Paris’s football dreams, they have sent her a letter to join their team.
Now, for a little background on LFL, they are a league that allows women to parade around in their underwear in hopes to show that women can play football if they like. Of course, Paris would not be able to play until she is 18, yet for now they want her to be the children spokesperson. However, many people are wondering what type of message is this Lingerie Football League really sending out?
We can all agree that it is a good thing that they are taking a stand to try and make it so football can be an equal gender sport. However, the way that they are doing it in reality is simply sending a bad message out to children as well. Guess we will all just have to sit back and wait to see what happens with this.
