Sources have told us that Hulk Hogan has decided to take his sex tape fight to another level by contacting the FBI this week to help him track down the low-life who leaked his naked fun time footage to the media.
The wrestler’s attorney tells our source that Hulk had previously attempted to file a police report in Florid but local police couldn’t help him for a couple of reasons.
The four-year statute of limitations had expired on the offense of unlawfully recording Hulk without his permission because the tape was recorded in 2006.
And the other reason is that because there was an illegal distribution of the footage to the media, it crosses state lines, making it a federal problem and not a local one anymore.
Because of this, his lawyer says he has contacted the FBI to track down the person responsible for leaking the sex tape.
We were told Hulk plans to meet with FBI agents tomorrow.
