The agency which represents, correction, represented Mel Gibson has dropped him. William Morris Endeavor Entertainment has decided to part ways with the embattled movie star. He had been represented by Ed Limato, the acclaimed agent.
Unfortunately, Limato died a week ago. Limato’s death turned out to be bad thing for Mel, above and beyond the passing of a trusted friend. As soon as he passed away, Ari Emanuel, a major player at the agency booted Gibson. Word on the street is that he had it out for Gibson ever since the actor’s drunken anti-Semitic “speech.”
